ICI, represented by its Chairman Mr. Hassan Haidar, signed a partnership agreement with the administration of Al-Khair Hospital – Al-Minya, represented by Dr. Ahmad Al-Khair, to equip the Cardiac Catheterization and MRI Departments, marking the first project of its kind in the region.

In his speech, businessman Hassan Haidar, the initiator of the project, emphasized that the initiative “provides an opportunity for investment in the region and serves its residents.”
He added: “Through this project and the services we aim to offer the region, we want to restore people’s trust in hospitals and the northern medical sector, while opening the door to investment in all fields.”

Dr. Ahmad Al-Khair noted that “the intentions are sincere, and we are all working hand in hand to make this project successful for the benefit of the region and to improve the quality of medical services.”
Dr. Ibrahim Muqaddasi
The President of the Order of Physicians, Dr. Ibrahim Muqaddasi, highlighted that the project “aims to provide a medical service not currently available, namely cardiac artery catheterization.”
He added: “Patients currently face risks traveling to Tripoli. This service will now be available at Al-Khair Hospital with high standards, initially covering the arteries and later expanding to more services. The equipment is very advanced, and the medical team is highly qualified to serve the geographic area from Akkar to Tripoli.”
He thanked Mr. Haidar for this collaboration to expand medical services for local residents, stating: “The MRI machine will be available for the first time here, removing the need to endure travel difficulties. All these services will soon be fully available at Al-Khair Hospital with high-quality equipment, comparable to leading hospitals.”
Hospital Administration
Al-Khair Hospital Director Mahmoud Al-Saj expressed gratitude to Mr. Haidar and his team, saying: “Since Al-Khair Hospital is contracted with all insurance providers, we are today signing this partnership with ICI to begin work as soon as possible. The medical team will be selected from the region’s top doctors. We hope this will be a beneficial initiative for the entire region.”

Dr. Ahmad Haidar added that this project is the start of a series of advanced initiatives, with the goal being patient care at the highest medical quality. He also thanked Mr. Haidar as the main supporter of the project.
